Ingredients
1½ cups French vanilla yogurt
½ cup milk
10 teaspoons banana cream pudding mix
6 vanilla wafers, crushed
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine the French vanilla yogurt, milk, and banana cream pudding mix. Stir vigorously for about 2 minutes until the mixture thickens and the pudding mix is fully dissolved with no lumps.
Fold in the crushed vanilla wafers, stirring gently until they are evenly distributed throughout the pudding mixture.
Divide the pudding mixture evenly among six popsicle molds, filling each mold to near the top.
Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold, then place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight until the pops are completely frozen and set.
Remove the molds from the freezer and run warm water over the outside to loosen the pops. Gently push up from the bottom or pull the stick to unmold each pop, then serve immediately.
Comments
This is a straightforward frozen dessert that costs roughly $1.50 per serving—yogurt, milk, and pudding mix are pantry staples at every Charlotte chain, and vanilla wafers run $2–3 a box. The stated 255 minutes is honest; most of that is freezing time, but actual hands-on work is under ten minutes, making it a true set-and-forget weeknight option. The main caveat is that it must be eaten same-night or within 24 hours before it separates or gets icy; it does not reheat or keep as a leftover. For a quick, budget-friendly frozen treat that works for families with kids, this lands solidly.
