Ingredients

1½ cups French vanilla yogurt

½ cup milk

10 teaspoons banana cream pudding mix

6 vanilla wafers, crushed

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the French vanilla yogurt, milk, and banana cream pudding mix. Stir vigorously for about 2 minutes until the mixture thickens and the pudding mix is fully dissolved with no lumps.

  2. Fold in the crushed vanilla wafers, stirring gently until they are evenly distributed throughout the pudding mixture.

  3. Divide the pudding mixture evenly among six popsicle molds, filling each mold to near the top.

  4. Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold, then place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight until the pops are completely frozen and set.

  5. Remove the molds from the freezer and run warm water over the outside to loosen the pops. Gently push up from the bottom or pull the stick to unmold each pop, then serve immediately.
