Ingredients
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup canola oil
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
50 ml Jack Daniels Tennessee Honey
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
2 pounds top round London broil
1/2 cup scallions, chopped
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, canola oil, garlic powder, black pepper, Jack Daniels Tennessee Honey, kosher salt, and chopped scallions until well combined.
Place the London broil in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the meat, ensuring it is fully coated. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, allowing the flavors to penetrate the beef.
Remove the London broil from the refrigerator 15 minutes before grilling. Discard the marinade and allow the meat to come to room temperature.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the London broil on the grill and cook, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches at least 145°F for a medium-rare to medium finish, approximately 12-15 minutes depending on thickness and your desired doneness.
Remove the grilled London broil from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Slice against the grain and serve immediately.
