Ingredients
1 large banana, sliced
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
2 (3.5 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
Directions
Arrange the sliced banana evenly across the bottom of the prepared graham cracker crust.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cold milk and both packages of instant vanilla pudding mix. Add the ground cinnamon to the mixture.
Whisk the pudding mixture vigorously with a wire whisk for about 1 minute, until the mixture thickens and becomes smooth.
Gently fold the thawed whipped topping into the pudding mixture using a spatula, being careful to keep the mixture light and airy.
Carefully spoon the pudding and whipped topping mixture over the banana slices in the crust, spreading it evenly.
Cover the pie with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the filling is completely set.
When ready to serve, drizzle the caramel topping over each slice and enjoy.
