Ingredients
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
4 large cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
7.75 oz hot Mexican-style tomato sauce
28 oz little smoked sausages
Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until well combined. Stir in the hot Mexican-style tomato sauce and mix until smooth.
Transfer the little smoked sausages to a slow cooker and pour the prepared sauce mixture evenly over them, stirring to coat.
Cover and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours until the sausages are heated through and the sauce has thickened slightly. Stir occasionally for even coating.
Transfer to a serving dish and serve warm as an appetizer or side dish.
