Ingredients
1 stick (8 tablespoons) cold unsalted butter, cubed
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 jumbo head-on shrimp, deveined, shell on
Directions
Place a medium skillet over medium-high heat and add the cubed butter. Allow it to melt completely, then stir in the minced garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, and Creole seasoning. Cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour the Worcestershire sauce into the skillet and stir to combine with the butter mixture.
Add the shrimp to the pan, shell-on side down, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the shrimp is pink throughout and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
Transfer the shrimp to a plate and spoon the rich butter sauce generously over the top. Serve immediately.
