Ingredients

2 large Ripe papayas

1 large Ripe mango

1 Fresh orange

¾ cup Coconut milk (canned)

½ cup Whole milk

1 tablespoon Honey

Directions

  1. Slice each papaya lengthwise and cut in half. Use a spoon to scoop out and discard all black seeds. Peel away the thin skin from each piece and roughly chop the flesh into chunks. Transfer the chopped papaya to your blender.

  2. Stand the mango upright and carefully cut down along one side of the flat pit, then repeat on the opposite side to release the two largest pieces. Score the flesh in a crosshatch pattern without cutting through the skin, then use a spoon to scoop the cubed fruit into the blender. (Reserve any remaining flesh near the pit.) Add the prepared papaya to the blender as well.

  3. Peel the orange by removing the skin and white pith. Separate the segments and roughly chop them into smaller pieces. Add the chopped orange to the blender along with the coconut milk, whole milk, and honey.

  4. Blend on high speed until the mixture is very smooth and creamy, about 1–2 minutes, scraping down the sides if needed. For a chilled version, add ice cubes and blend again until smooth. Divide into glasses and serve immediately or chill before serving.
