Ingredients

2 ounces Pimm's No. 1

3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice

1/2 ounce Creole Shrub or Grand Marnier

3 ounces chilled ginger beer

Ice cubes

2 lemon slices

2 orange slices

1 cucumber wheel

1 cucumber spear

1 cucumber ribbon

1 strawberry, halved

2 mint sprigs

Directions

  1. Fill a highball or tall glass with ice cubes.

  2. Pour 2 ounces of Pimm's No. 1 into the glass over the ice.

  3. Add 3/4 ounce of fresh lemon juice to the glass.

  4. Pour in 1/2 ounce of Creole Shrub or Grand Marnier.

  5. Top with 3 ounces of chilled ginger beer and stir gently to combine.

  6. Arrange the lemon slices, orange slices, cucumber wheel, and strawberry halves in the glass.

  7. Tuck the cucumber spear and cucumber ribbon along the rim or inside the glass for visual appeal.

  8. Garnish with 2 fresh mint sprigs and serve immediately.
