Ingredients

2 chocolate cookies

2 cups cookies and cream iced coffee

4 scoops cookies and cream ice cream

whipped cream

chocolate syrup

Directions

  1. Crush the chocolate cookies into small bite-sized pieces. Divide the crushed cookies evenly between two large sundae glasses, layering them on the bottom of each glass.

  2. Place 2 scoops of cookies and cream ice cream into each glass, nestling the scoops gently on top of the crushed cookie layer.

  3. Slowly pour 1 cup of the cookies and cream iced coffee into each glass, allowing it to flow around and over the ice cream.

  4. Top each float with a generous dollop of whipped cream and finish with a drizzle of chocolate syrup. Serve immediately with a spoon and straw, and enjoy.

Every ingredient is stocked at any Charlotte supermarket, no special shopping required. At roughly $2–2.50 per serving—driven by the ice cream—it's genuinely affordable for what you're getting. The stated five minutes is honest; this is assembly, not cooking. It's a simple, no-fuss summer dessert that works for two, reheats poorly (which is fine, you drink it fresh), and plays well to North Carolina heat where an iced coffee float hits better than hot pie.
