Ingredients

1 cup watermelon chunks

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

1 cup seedless grapes (red or green)

1 cup fresh strawberries, stems removed

2 kiwifruit, peeled and cut into quarters

1 cup low-fat strawberry yogurt

6-inch bamboo skewers

Directions

  1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before beginning preparation.

  2. Rinse all fresh fruit under cool running water and pat dry with paper towels.

  3. Thread the prepared fruit onto the bamboo skewers in an alternating pattern, starting with watermelon, then pineapple, grapes, strawberries, and kiwi. Repeat the pattern until each skewer is filled with a colorful arrangement.

  4. Arrange the completed fruit kabobs on a serving platter.

  5. Pour the strawberry yogurt into a small serving bowl and place it in the center of the platter alongside the kabobs.

  6. Serve immediately, with guests dipping their kabobs into the yogurt as desired.
