Ingredients
1 pound precooked cold large shrimp
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seed oil
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon grated fresh garlic
1 Fresno chile, finely chopped
1 small handful fresh cilantro leaves
Directions
Place the precooked cold shrimp into a large mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the sesame seed oil, low-sodium soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and grated garlic until well combined.
Pour the prepared sauce over the shrimp in the large bowl.
Add the finely chopped Fresno chile to the shrimp mixture and toss gently to coat all the shrimp evenly with the sauce.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the shrimp to chill.
Transfer the marinated shrimp and sauce to a serving plate. Garnish generously with fresh cilantro leaves and serve chilled.
