Grilled Chicken, Pineapple and Ham Kabobs
Recipe GLPR2cc402e9da6549
Tender grilled chicken, savory ham, and sweet pineapple chunks are marinated in teriyaki sauce and threaded onto skewers, then cooked over medium heat until caramelized and juicy. These kabobs are a balanced, protein-packed main course that comes together quickly once grilled.

Ingredients
1 lb Boneless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
7 oz Ham steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 can Canned pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup Teriyaki marinade
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken breast with the teriyaki marinade. Stir to coat evenly, cover the bowl, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to infuse.
Preheat your grill to medium heat, or prepare charcoal briquettes until they reach medium temperature (roughly 350–400°F).
Remove the marinated chicken from the refrigerator. Thread metal or soaked wooden skewers with the chicken, ham, and pineapple pieces, alternating them in a pattern until all are used. You may have some ham and pineapple remaining; feel free to thread those together on separate skewers.
Place the kabobs directly on the grill grates. Cook for 7–9 minutes per side, turning once, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F at the thickest point and the edges are lightly charred.
Transfer the finished kabobs to a serving platter and serve immediately while hot. Pair with steamed rice and broccoli for a complete meal.
