Ingredients
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 1/4 pounds St. Louis-style pork spareribs, individually cut
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the kosher salt, dark brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, poultry seasoning, mustard powder, and black pepper. Whisk these ingredients together until evenly mixed.
Add the pork spareribs to the bowl with the seasoning mixture. Using your hands, toss and massage the dry rub thoroughly into all surfaces of the ribs, ensuring they are completely and evenly coated.
Arrange the seasoned ribs in the air fryer basket standing upright on their ends, leaning them against the sides of the basket and against each other for support.
Air fry at 350°F for approximately 35 minutes, until the ribs are tender inside with a golden brown and crisp exterior.
Transfer the cooked ribs to serving plates and serve hot.
