Ingredients

3 Celery stalks, washed and patted dry

6 tablespoons Creamy peanut butter

12 Large twist pretzels (3-ring style)

3 tablespoons Raisins

Directions

  1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before preparing the snack.

  2. Rinse the celery stalks under cool running water and gently scrub with a vegetable brush to remove any dirt. Pat dry with paper towels.

  3. Cut each celery stalk crosswise into 2-inch segments (you should have 9 pieces total from 3 stalks). These segments will form the butterfly bodies.

  4. Spread approximately 2 teaspoons (or 1 tablespoon per 3 segments) of creamy peanut butter down the center groove of each celery piece.

  5. Press two pretzel rings vertically into the peanut butter on each celery segment, one on each side, to represent the butterfly's wings.

  6. Break remaining pretzel pieces into small fragments and arrange them on top of the peanut butter to form antenna. Decorate with raisins placed on the peanut butter body for eyes and embellishment. Serve immediately.
