Ingredients

2-3 hard-boiled eggs

1 can of tuna, drained

1 ripe avocado

1/4 cup fresh chopped chives

Yellow mustard to taste

Directions

  1. Break apart the hard-boiled eggs and coarsely chop them using a fork until you reach your desired texture.

  2. Open the can of tuna and drain the liquid thoroughly. Add the drained tuna to the chopped eggs.

  3. Cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into the bowl with the eggs and tuna.

  4. Gently mash and fold the avocado together with the eggs and tuna until combined, leaving some texture if desired.

  5. Add the chopped chives and mustard to taste, then gently mix until everything is evenly distributed.

  6. Serve immediately as a salad or side dish.
