Ingredients
3½ ounces Fresh broccoli florets
3½ ounces Cucumber
1 Kiwi fruit
7 ounces Fresh pineapple
Ice
Directions
Peel the kiwi fruit, removing all skin and white pith. Peel the cucumber using a vegetable peeler or knife to remove the outer skin.
Cut the pineapple, cucumber, and kiwi into chunks that fit easily into your juicer feed tube. Leave broccoli florets whole or cut into smaller pieces as needed.
Feed all ingredients—broccoli, cucumber, kiwi, and pineapple—through a cold-press or centrifugal juicer. Collect the fresh juice in a glass.
Stir or shake the juice to blend the flavors. Pour into a serving glass and add ice. Serve immediately while cold and fresh.
Comments
All five ingredients are stocked year-round at every major Charlotte chain, with pineapple and kiwi running $1–2 each and broccoli and cucumber under $1 a serving. The five-minute stated time is honest: wash, chop, blend, done. It's a single serving that rehashes as a smoothie if you skip the ice initially, making it flexible for busy mornings or meal prep. The only minor caveat is that fresh pineapple prep (coring and chunking) adds two minutes to real hands-on time if you're starting from a whole fruit, so budget accordingly on a Monday morning.
