Ingredients
½ cup honey
½ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup nonfat dry milk powder
2½ cups crushed flaked breakfast cereal
½ cup raisins
Directions
Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before beginning.
In a medium saucepan, combine the honey and creamy peanut butter.
Heat over low heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture is fully blended and warm, about 2–3 minutes. Do not allow it to boil.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow to cool slightly for 1 minute.
Stir in the nonfat dry milk powder until well combined with no lumps.
Gently fold in the crushed flaked cereal and raisins until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Line a baking sheet with waxed paper. Drop heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Allow the cookies to cool to room temperature, about 30 minutes, until they firm up.
Transfer the cooled cookies to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to one week.
