1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 container (16 oz) sour cream
1/4 cup chopped pepperoni
Italian or French bread, or crackers for serving
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
In a shallow 1-quart casserole dish, combine the soup mix, sour cream, ricotta cheese, 3/4 cup of the shredded mozzarella, and the chopped pepperoni. Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes until the dip is heated through and the cheese is melted and golden.
Remove from the oven and serve warm with sliced Italian or French bread, or your favorite crackers.
Comments
This is a straightforward crowd-pleaser with all ingredients stocked at every Charlotte chain—no special trips needed. Cost per serving runs about $1.50 to $2.00, driven mainly by fresh ricotta and mozzarella, which is reasonable for an entertaining dip. The 45-minute time is honest if it includes oven time, though prep itself is five minutes tops, so it's genuinely hands-off once it goes in the oven. It reheats well and makes a reliable weeknight appetizer or party dip, though it's rich enough that it won't carry a whole meal and leftover portions work better cold from the fridge than reheated.
