Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
¼ cup creamy peanut butter
¼ cup crushed nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
Directions
Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. Peel the bananas, removing the skin completely.
Generously spread the peanut butter over the entire outer surface of each banana, coating it evenly on all sides.
Pour the crushed nuts onto a shallow plate or cutting board. Roll each peanut butter-coated banana in the nuts until fully coated.
Place the coated bananas on a clean cutting board and slice them into one-inch thick rounds using a sharp knife.
Transfer the banana slices to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving, or freeze for longer storage.
