Ingredients

¾ cup Low-fat vanilla yogurt

¼ teaspoon Ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon Fresh orange juice

2 Medium apples, peeled and chopped

1 Banana, peeled and chopped

Directions

  1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before preparing the salad.

  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the low-fat vanilla yogurt, ground cinnamon, and fresh orange juice. Whisk together until the mixture is smooth and evenly blended.

  3. Rinse the apples under cold running water and gently pat dry. Peel and chop them into bite-sized pieces, then immediately add to the yogurt mixture to prevent browning.

  4. Peel the banana and chop it into bite-sized pieces. Add to the yogurt mixture along with the apples.

  5. Gently stir the entire salad until all the fruit is evenly coated with the yogurt mixture. Divide into 4 serving bowls and serve immediately.
