Ingredients
2 ounces Irish whiskey
1 ounce Irish whiskey and cream-based liqueur (such as Bailey's Irish Cream)
½ ounce Crème de menthe
as needed Ice
1 Mint-flavored chocolate candy, shaved (such as Andes mints)
Directions
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
Add the Irish whiskey, Irish cream liqueur, and crème de menthe to the shaker.
Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for about 10–15 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.
Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe or up glass.
Using a microplane or fine grater, shave the mint chocolate candy directly over the surface of the drink.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
