Ingredients
3 Whole wheat flour tortillas (10-inch), 3 tortillas
3 sprays Cooking oil spray, 3 sprays
Salt, to taste (optional)
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Lightly coat a baking sheet with one spray of cooking oil to prevent sticking.
Stack the tortillas and cut each one into 8 equal wedges, as if slicing a pizza. Arrange all wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Lightly spray the top surface of each tortilla wedge with cooking oil—use the remaining 2 sprays distributed evenly across all pieces.
Season with a light sprinkle of salt if desired.
Bake for 10 minutes, checking around the 8-minute mark. The chips are done when they are crisp and light golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool on the pan for a few minutes—they will continue to crisp as they cool. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
