Ingredients

3 ripe bananas

½ cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup plain yogurt

2 tablespoons honey

Directions

  1. Peel the bananas and break them into chunks. Add the banana pieces, peanut butter, and yogurt to a food processor. Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy with no lumps remaining.

  2. Taste the mixture. If desired, add honey to sweeten to your preference and blend again until fully combined. For added sweetness, 2 tablespoons of honey works well.

  3. Pour the smooth peanut butter and banana yogurt mixture into popsicle molds, filling each mold to just below the fill line. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold following the manufacturer's instructions.

  4. Place the filled molds in the freezer and allow to freeze for at least 4 hours, though overnight freezing (8 hours or more) is recommended for best results and easier removal.

  5. Once fully frozen, run warm water briefly over the outside of each mold to loosen the pops, then gently push up from the bottom to release each popsicle. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
