Ingredients

80 grams Vegetable oil

35 grams Yellow miso

25 grams Rice vinegar

12 grams Honey

5 grams Fresh ginger, grated

Directions

  1. Add the vegetable oil, yellow miso, rice vinegar, honey, and grated ginger to a large bowl.

  2. Whisk vigorously until the miso dissolves completely and the oil and vinegar emulsify into a smooth, cohesive dressing. Continue whisking for about 1 minute until the mixture is well combined and creamy.

  3. Alternatively, combine all ingredients in a squeeze bottle with a tight-fitting lid, seal it firmly, and shake vigorously for 1–2 minutes until the miso dissolves and the dressing becomes smooth and well mixed.

  4. Use immediately or transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
