Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
2 cups confectioners' sugar
4 eggs
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
8 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate
1 cup smooth peanut butter
Directions
Chop 6 ounces of semisweet chocolate and place in a heatproof bowl. Melt over low heat or using a double boiler, stirring frequently until smooth. Allow to cool to room temperature.
In a large bowl, combine 4 eggs, 3/4 cup of softened butter, the cooled melted chocolate, and 2 cups confectioners' sugar. Beat on medium speed for a full 5 minutes until the mixture becomes thick, smooth, and well combined.
In a separate bowl, beat together 1 cup peanut butter, 1/4 cup softened butter, and 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream until light and fluffy.
Spoon the chocolate filling into the prepared 9-inch chocolate cookie crust, spreading evenly across the bottom.
Drop spoonfuls of the peanut butter mixture over the chocolate filling and gently swirl together using a knife or spatula to create a marbled pattern.
Refrigerate the pie for at least 3 to 4 hours, or until the filling is set and firm. Cut into 10 slices and serve chilled.
