Ingredients
12 ounces Fresh or thawed frozen cranberries
¾ cup Sugar
¾ cup Fresh squeezed orange juice
1 orange Orange zest
Directions
In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberries, sugar, and orange juice over medium-high heat.
Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries begin to pop and the sauce thickens slightly, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the fresh orange zest, adjusting the amount to your taste preference.
Allow the sauce to cool to room temperature; it will continue to thicken as it cools. Serve warm, at room temperature, or chilled.
