1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger

1 teaspoon honey

½ orange Juice from ½ large orange

1 teaspoon orange zest

Sea salt to taste

2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar

¼ cup light vegetable oil

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the grated fresh ginger, honey, orange juice, orange zest, and sea salt. Whisk to dissolve the honey and evenly distribute the ginger and zest.

  2. Add the seasoned rice vinegar and stir to combine.

  3. Slowly pour in the vegetable oil while whisking constantly to emulsify the vinaigrette. Continue whisking until the mixture is well combined and slightly thickened.
