Ingredients
2 cans (7.5 oz each) refrigerated biscuits
¼ cup butter, melted
1 package (1 oz) ranch dressing and seasoning mix
1½ cups shredded cooked chicken
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup ranch dressing for dipping
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Open both cans of biscuits and separate each biscuit into quarters, creating small pieces.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with the ranch dressing and seasoning mix, stirring until well blended.
In a separate bowl, toss together the cooked shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and mozzarella cheese.
Lightly coat a 9-inch Bundt pan with cooking spray or butter.
Layer the ingredients in the Bundt pan: alternate between biscuit pieces dipped in the butter-ranch mixture and the chicken-bacon-cheese mixture, starting and ending with biscuit pieces. Drizzle any remaining butter-ranch mixture over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through, and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes. Run a knife around the edges and invert onto a serving plate.
Serve warm with the ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
Comments
This is a straightforward weeknight meal: biscuits, cooked chicken, bacon, and cheese layered with ranch seasoning and melted butter, then baked—all ingredients are standard at any major Charlotte chain. The stated 45 minutes is honest if you use a rotisserie chicken or have cooked chicken on hand; expect closer to an hour if you're starting from raw chicken breast. At roughly $1.50 to $2.00 per serving (depending on whether you use store-brand or name-brand ranch mix and cheese), this is solidly budget-friendly and feeds a family without fuss. The main caveat is that it's a savory, buttery pull-apart bread that doesn't reheat particularly well—eat it fresh and warm the same night, or you'll have dry, congealed leftovers.
