Ingredients
½ cup Strong brewed coffee, cooled
1 tablespoon Sweetened condensed milk
Ice cubes
⅓ cup Vietnamese-style yogurt
Directions
Brew strong coffee using your preferred Vietnamese coffee maker or standard brewing method, using approximately 1/2 cup of coffee grounds to water ratio that produces a robust flavor. Allow the coffee to cool to room temperature or chill it in the refrigerator.
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes until about three-quarters full.
Pour the cooled strong coffee over the ice.
Add the sweetened condensed milk to the coffee and stir well to combine, allowing the sweetness to distribute evenly.
Top the coffee mixture with the Vietnamese yogurt, spooning it gently over the top. Serve with a long spoon, stirring as you drink to blend the creamy yogurt with the coffee, or enjoy the layered effect by drinking slowly to experience the distinct flavors.
