Ingredients

1 ounce Baileys Vanilla Cinnamon liqueur

1/2 ounce Bushmills Irish Whiskey

Honey for rimming the glass

Whipped cream for topping

Ice cubes

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add the Baileys Vanilla Cinnamon liqueur and Bushmills Irish Whiskey.

  2. Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.

  3. Rim a shot glass with honey by lightly coating the top edge.

  4. Strain the cocktail mixture from the shaker into the honey-rimmed shot glass.

  5. Top generously with whipped cream and serve immediately.
