Ingredients

1 ounce ginger root, peeled and minced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon Asian fish sauce

2 tablespoons mirin

1 tablespoon scallion, thinly sliced

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons rice-wine vinegar

Directions

  1. Place the peeled and minced ginger in a small bowl.

  2. Add the soy sauce, fish sauce, mirin, and rice-wine vinegar to the bowl with the ginger.

  3. Stir the mixture until the mirin is fully dissolved and all ingredients are well combined.

  4. Add the fresh lemon juice and stir to incorporate.
