Ingredients
500 grams chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
3 tablespoons plain yogurt
1 bunch fresh coriander, finely chopped
2 green chili peppers, minced
1 tablespoon chicken tikka masala powder
2 tablespoons ghee or vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch cubes and place in a mixing bowl.
Add the plain yogurt, finely chopped fresh coriander, minced green chili peppers, chicken tikka masala powder, and salt to the bowl with the chicken.
Stir well until all chicken pieces are evenly coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate.
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto metal skewers or wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes).
Heat ghee or oil in a large grill pan or on a charcoal grill over medium-high heat.
Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the exterior has light char marks.
Remove the kebabs from the grill and allow to rest for 2 minutes before serving hot.
