Ingredients
9 oz dark chocolate pieces
1 cup toffee bits
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Place the dark chocolate pieces in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly for 2 minutes until completely melted.
Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract until well combined.
Pour the melted chocolate mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the mixture is thick and fudgy.
Pour the toffee bits into a separate shallow bowl or plate.
Using your hands, roll the chilled chocolate mixture into 1-inch balls. Immediately roll each ball in the toffee bits, pressing gently so they adhere to the chocolate.
Place the finished truffles on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate until ready to serve, or enjoy at room temperature.
