Ingredients

2 ounces Irish cream liqueur (preferably Molly's Irish Cream)

¼ ounce Peppermint schnapps

Cocoa powder, for garnish

Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

  2. Pour the Irish cream liqueur and peppermint schnapps into the shaker.

  3. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 10–15 seconds until well chilled.

  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.

  5. Dust the top of the drink with cocoa powder and place a sprig of fresh mint on the rim or float it on top as garnish.
