Ingredients
3/4 cup butter, unsalted
1/2 cup Truvia Baking Blend
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
Pinch of salt
2 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1 container (7 oz) Marshmallow Fluff
Red and blue food coloring
Festive sprinkles for garnish (optional)
Directions
Line a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper or wax paper, ensuring the paper extends slightly over the sides for easy removal later.
In a medium saucepan, combine the unsalted butter, Truvia Baking Blend, heavy whipping cream, and salt. Place over medium-high heat and bring the mixture to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling for exactly 5 minutes while stirring, to ensure the sweetener is fully dissolved.
While the cream mixture is heating, add the marshmallow fluff and white chocolate chips to a large mixing bowl.
Once the boiling is complete, carefully pour the hot cream mixture into the bowl with the marshmallow fluff and white chocolate chips. Using an electric mixer or vigorous hand stirring, beat the mixture until completely smooth and well combined, about 1-2 minutes.
Divide the fudge mixture evenly into three separate bowls. Leave one bowl plain for white, and add red food coloring to the second bowl and blue food coloring to the third bowl, stirring each until the color is evenly distributed.
Pour the three colored fudge mixtures into the prepared pan, alternating colors in stripes or swirls. Using an offset spatula or butter knife dipped in hot water and shaken dry, gently run the tool back and forth through the fudges to create a patriotic marbled effect.
While the fudge is still warm, sprinkle the festive sprinkles over the surface if desired. Place the pan in the refrigerator and allow the fudge to set completely for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
Once fully set, remove the fudge from the pan by lifting the parchment paper. Using a sharp knife, cut the fudge into small squares, wiping the knife clean between cuts for neat pieces. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
