Ingredients
5-inch white corn tortillas
16 oz refried black beans
4 oz canned mild chopped green chiles
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
8 oz prepared guacamole
14½ oz fresh salsa
cooking spray
Directions
Preheat your oven to 250°F.
Lightly coat both sides of the corn tortillas with cooking spray and arrange them on a baking sheet.
Bake the tortillas for about 5 minutes until they become crisp and begin to develop light brown spots.
While the tortillas bake, combine the refried black beans and chopped green chiles in a microwave-safe bowl.
Cover the bowl and heat the bean mixture in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes until the beans are heated through and warm to the touch.
Remove the crisp tortillas from the oven. Spread a generous portion of the warm bean and green chile mixture evenly across each tortilla.
Layer each tostada with shredded lettuce, Mexican cheese blend, a dollop of guacamole, and a spoonful of salsa.
Serve the tostadas immediately while the beans and tortillas are still warm.
