This sausage starts with our original hardwood smoked flavor, and then we add green onion chives and onion powder to give it the best flavor. This is an old fashioned smoked sausage made with hand-picked cuts of lean pork (tenderloin, ham & bacon). Our blend of Country Pleasin' spices is stuffed in a natural casing and hickory smoked for four hours. We have been making this same delicious recipe since 1976.
