Delivery

Not yet — delivery launches in fall 2026, starting in Charlotte and Cincinnati. Here's what we're building, because it's deliberately not what everyone else is doing. The same person, every week. Your groceries are brought by a Grocery List Plus Runner who covers your area and keeps a regular book of households — including yours. Not whoever happened to accept the ping. After a few weeks they know you want the green bananas, that the side gate sticks, that you're never home before six. None of that is something we coded. It's just what happens when it's the same person. Runners aren't a rotating pool, and the money is why. Your Runner keeps 100% of the delivery fee and 100% of every tip — we never take a percentage of either one. Your tip is not a number we participate in. There's no acceptance rate to protect, no algorithm quietly penalizing them for saying no to a Tuesday, and no competing against other Runners for your order. They aren't interchangeable and we don't treat them that way. Scheduled runs, not on-demand — and that's the point. We don't do ad-hoc "bring me something in the next 30 minutes" deliveries, and we're not planning to. On-demand only works if a crowd of drivers sits idle waiting for a ping, unpaid, hoping one comes. Scheduled runs mean your Runner knows their week ahead of time, plans a real route, and earns predictably. That's the difference between a job and a hustle, and it's the whole reason the same person can keep showing up. If you and your Runner arrange on-demand deliveries, that's between you and them — but it's never the default, and it isn't something we dispatch. You pick them, and they pick you. Runners in your area have profiles, you choose the one you want, and they accept. A two-way match, the way you'd settle on a regular hairdresser — not an assignment handed down by dispatch. It's a smaller idea than "groceries in fifteen minutes." We think it's a better one.

You build your list during the week the way you already do. Lock it in, and on delivery day your Runner shops it and brings it to your door. You'll know who's coming before they set out. If something's out of stock, they'll ask you rather than guess. And because it's the same Runner most weeks, the asking gets rarer over time — they'll already know you'd rather have the smaller loaf than none.

A Runner who covers your area — not whoever happened to accept the ping. Every Runner passes a full background check before their first delivery, including criminal and driving records, with ongoing monitoring afterwards. Before each delivery you'll see who's coming: their photo, a little about them, and the languages they speak.

Yes, and both sides get a say. Runners in your area have profiles — who they are, when they run, and how many deliveries they have open — and you pick the one you want. They accept, and you're matched. It works the way choosing a regular hairdresser or house cleaner works: a person you picked, who knows your name and your kitchen, not a rotating cast of strangers.

A flat fee per delivery, the same everywhere we serve. No surge pricing, no distance charges, and never a markup on your groceries — you pay the shelf price. Silver, Gold and Platinum each include deliveries every month. Tipping is entirely up to you, suggested at checkout and never added without you seeing it, and 100% of every tip goes to your Runner — we don't take a cent of it, ever. Exact numbers go up before launch.

Charlotte, NC and Cincinnati, OH first, in fall 2026, then metro by metro from there. Where we go next depends on where Runners and local vendors line up — which is why it's a real expansion rather than a switch we flip nationally.

Another Runner in your area covers the run, and you'll know who before it starts. Or skip the week entirely — no fee, no penalty, no explaining yourself.

Your Runner is standing in the aisle, so you get a message with what's actually there — usually with a photo — and you decide: swap it, skip it, or leave it for next week. You can also set your preferences ahead of time — replace with the cheaper option, match the size, contact me first, or don't substitute at all — so most of it is already decided and nobody has to text you in the cereal aisle. Those settings are in the app now, waiting for launch day.
